Antbet is required to conduct identity verification prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC / MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Antbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the selected method is a cryptocurrency channel.

A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Antbet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds publication due to technical error, evidence of fraudulent activity, or where a bet is placed in error by the Platform. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's Account balance.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Antbet does not guarantee that all in-play markets will be available for all events, and live betting lines may be suspended at any time. A delay in the confirmation of a live bet does not guarantee the odds at which the bet was requested.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by Antbet are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated for each individual promotion. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
Each promotion has defined eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Antbet reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Birthday bonuses are awarded automatically based on the verified date of birth on the Account. The bonus amount is determined by the User's VIP tier at the time of the birthday and is subject to minimum deposit activity requirements within the preceding 30-day period. Antbet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim; or (b) MYR 500.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Antbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Antbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, AML concerns, or any behaviour deemed detrimental to the Platform or its users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Antbet may apply an administrative fee of up to RM5 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Users will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Antbet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Antbet from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm.
Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform and that they may have limited recourse under Malaysian law.
Antbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Antbet will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
